What we do

18 plots size 40/30 (no more than 3 lines) – We designed a gated community on a 7-acre plot. All properties sold within a year and developments on the property is in progress

14 (no more than 3 lines) – Design and selling of  14 plots yielded from 5 acres, size 40/30. We managed both the project and sales. The majority of plots were sold within six months.

18 plots (no more than 3 lines) – 18 plots, size 40/30. We were engaged to sell all plots. All of which were sold within 12 months.
